    hi

    trying to charge phone from usb on tv. No problem when tv on
    I plug in phone to usb no bother ..charges BUT when tv off or indeed standby phone will not charge ..no power to usb in off/standy...

    is there a setting on tv menu to set power to usb on even in standby
