Return to Ikea without walking all way through

    I need to return something to Ikea today but don't want to have to walk through the whole place to get to the end where the tills and customer service is with a big flat pack under my arm. Is there a way of getting to customer service from the entrance?

    You don't have. When you get there, you go up the stairs first, head to your left and there is a hallway type thing in front of you, walk through that and you will be behind the tills, just head straight to the end then. If you're not sure, there will be some staff close enough to the top of the stairs they will point you in the right direction!

    The main exit also serves as a customer service entrance.

    Are people incapable of using their mouth to ask a staff member this question when they arrive? Why would you even bother asking on boards? Pfff
