Just wondering would the 4am bus from the station arrive early enough so that there wouldn't be a mad rush for a 6am flight?

The airport is very busy at that time, the big issue being getting through security. You need to arrive for when check-in starts for your flight.

The 0400 from Drogheda Bus station should arrive at the airport about 0440.
