    Hi all,
    I have a Android Tablet running 4.1.1
    with a Kernel 3.0.8

    and its rooted.

Im attempting to install the drivers and firmware for a DVB-T Usb Module.
Here is where i am with it.

The ID for the device is: 15a4:9016

and according to Linux TV the corresponding firmware is: dvb-usb-af9015.fw

i placed the firmware in the folder /etc/firmware (http://www.slatedroi...vb-usb-support/)

and i placed my Kernel files for the USB Stick on my SD Card.

but when i run the first:
    insmod dvb-core.ko
    I receive the following error:
insmod: init_module 'dvd-core.ko' failed (Exec format error)

anyone with any experience with running commands in terminaol for android care to chip in?

    greatly appreciated...

i'll even do a proper guide afterwards.
