Yup, well mine is, I dont know bout G&G but I'd imagine it can be, there should be a knock out pin present, just tap it out with a punch (a punch tool, not your fist).

I dont believe G&G's are removable.
My mate had a raider and gave it to me to try remove it, but you cant as its attached to the outer barrel.

Most M4's have two pins in them which you tap out and then there may be a grub screw under the sling swivel.

However Raiders do not have this. The Raider has this stupid design where the outer barrel is a two piece assembly. I love G&G but why they did this is beyond me-cost saving measures I'd say but this took design and specialised parts so i dunno

Anyways the Raider has two allen screws on the rails at the front sight, one on the bottom of the rails and one on the top; the same set up towards the back of the rails. Remove the front two and the metal plate just behind the front sight can be pushed down. Once this is done, look at the left and right sides of the rails, look through the holes in the rails system up where the front sight is and there should be a grub screw on each side of the front sight. That's how you remove the front sight but the rest of the front of the barrel and flashider will also come off. If you remove the other two screws at the back the rail system can slide off, from here you can remove the remaining outerbarrel and put in a normal outer barrel if memory serves right you should just be able to put in a standard m4 outer barrel in there :)
