guy steals car and hurts the owner in broad daylight :(

    Ok today I saw something i never imagined id see...in lucan's lidl.
    an asian women walking to her car with a child and key in hand....guy (25 yr oldish) walks to her snatches key from her hand gets into car and starts to pull out...she holds on and gets her hand caught in cars door or something.. he drags her for like 20 meters in car park and then zooms off...she was really badly hurt and is lying sprawled on the ground at the moment. u should have seen the baby crying it was heartbreaking..what an animal :'( people didnt even have time to react some people ran after him but couldnt get to him.
    police all over the area even helicopters.
    anyone else see this?
    im gonna defo have nightmares
