    Hi,

Thinking of playing either of these next month. Great deal with nearby accomodation for Bunclody, and according to the Golf Digest top 100 there's not much between them. So...can anyone recommend one over the other?

    Thanks.

Pretty tough call there, both great. Solution: Play both!

    Bunclody by a long shot.

Both nice courses but I know where I'd be teeing off.

Played Mount Wolsely twice and loved it even though I played muck.

Just booked myself in to the comp in Bunclody next week on the strength of this post.:pac:

BTW where's the Mount Wolsley Wonder these times?

As said, a tough call. Both courses from the modern age, but from a design and drama perspective I prefer Bunclody. That said, Mt Wolseley is more mature and steadier the whole way around as it is older.

Three lads from the boards played there a couple of weeks back - they reviewed it here.

If I could only play one, I'd pick Bunclody.
