Finished internship- paid dole one week later

    Hi Guys,

    I finished my jobbridge internship on Friday 14th June. During the internship i would be paid my dole plus 50 every thursday into my bank account. I was told i would be kept on full time for the summer by my job starting monday 17th June. So i signed off the dole online on Monday 17th June but checked my account today and got paid my dole today plus 50...

    Any idea whats going on?

    maybe youre being paid for the week 10th - 14th.

    Arent social welfare payments actually for the previous week ?

    Pretty sure your paid in advance but it could be different for the job bridge
