    Hi I really need help!

I am not losing weight and don't understand why! I have been losing weight since December and went from 86.6 kg - 75.6 kg in March. April & May i stayed the same but wasn't putting my heart in to being too good.

June has been as disaster no weight is coming off no matter how hard I try

    I'm 5ft 2" and weight 75.1 kg

I walk about 9 km 4 days a week (2 * 40 mins fast walk) and would walk 1-2 half hour fast walks at weekend.

I think i'm eating pretty well

    Breakfast
    - 2 little packs of raisins
    - porridge made with water

    Snack
    - Fruit

    Lunch
    - Open brown sandwich - tiny bit of butter, ham or chicken with lettuce cucumber and sometimes cheese

    Snack
    - Nuts - maybe 8-10 almonds

    Dinner
    - chicken / beef with veg and maybe 1 potato or small bit of rice

    Snack
    - Sugar free jelly

Can anyone tell me why am I not losing any weight?

How many calories are you consuming a day?

Have you worked out how many you need to lose weight?

No I didn't work out how many calories that is - but I did work out that my two 40 mins walk is about 700 calories burned

How do you work out how many calories you need to lose weight?

Unless you used a HRM to calculate this then your 40min walks probably did NOT burn 700 calories.

Your body weight in pounds x 12 is a good starting point for how many calories you should be eating.

Have a read of the stickies.

I downloaded an app that told me calories I burned and a lot of it is up hill

I will buy one of those HRM things this weekend

Body weight in pounds * 12 is just under 2000 calories

I think i'm eating pretty well awful :p

    Breakfast
    - 2 little packs of raisins
    - porridge made with water
your breakfast is pathetic. it's mainly carbs, very unbalanced meal and I bet you are hungry soon afterwards.
I would: swap 2 packs of raisins for 2 eggs, couple of rashers, preferably fried together with some veg like mushrooms, tomatoes, courgettes etc, knob of butter on the veg... This would fill me up for a loooong time - no need for a snack soon after.
Porridge gives me heartburn, I don't eat it and can't comment on it. but I imagine oats with water taste like wallpaper paste.
    Snack
    - Fruit
as I've just said there's no need for snacking if you have a good, filling breakfast. snacking, especially on carbohydrate foods, is raising your insulin levels - high insulin encourages body to store fat and switches off its ability to access fat storage for fuel. you aim is to keep your insulin levels as low and as steady as possible. drop that snack.
    Lunch
    - Open brown sandwich - tiny bit of butter, ham or chicken with lettuce cucumber and sometimes cheese
Swap the bread for avocado, make a nice big bowl of salad, like the cheese? put it in, everytime. and don't afraid to splash some good olive oil over it. remember it has to keep you going till dinner time.
    Snack
    - Nuts - maybe 8-10 almonds
this is not too bad snack but do you really sit and count those 10 almonds? how's that a healthy relationship with food? grab a little hanfull. don't count.
    Dinner
    - chicken / beef with veg and maybe 1 potato or small bit of rice
this is ok, small amounts of rice/potato wouldn't make big difference. but still I'd trade that potato for more steaming hot green cabbage with a pat of butter on top.
    Snack
    - Sugar free jelly
eat bigger, fatter dinner that you don't need this snack later. even if it's sugar free. I wouldn't eat artificial sweeteners only because they're artificial. there's plenty of good, natural food choices around.

I don't know your portion sizes but it looks likes you're not getting enough calories either.
