Went to start the bike on Sunday morning and it was slow to start but did in the end

Drove for about 20 mins, pulled in to get juice and it was completely flat, had to bump start it

I charged up the battery that evening and when fully charged i got a reading of 12.48v on the multi-meter

Fitted it back on last night and tested with the multi meter when the bike was running and the highest reading i got was 13.20v, the voltage did not increase as i brought up the revs

Went for a short spin and all was good, then today i went to start it and it was slow to start again, pulled in about 5 mins down the road turned it off and it wouldnt re start

Does this sound like the rectifier is faulty?

The battery held its charge when not connected to the bike

Sounds like there is something sucking power out of the battery parasitically.
Check the fuse box with the switch off to see if there is any power flowing.
    Reg/rec sounds OK

Check for a drain and check all connections.....13.2 is a tad low. ....

I would rather you just said "thank you" and went on your way. Otherwise I suggest you pick up a bus pass and get the ********* ********* off the road”
