why did my father get blackmailed by an esb customers service rep?

she rang him and demanded money in an hour, so she got abusive, he was working on a school bus, he couldnt abandon it/ them. anyone else experience this before? very unproffesional

We're sorry if your father was unhappy with the level of customer service he received. Customer care is extremely important to us so I can assure you we would take a complaint of this nature very seriously.

To look into this further, we would need your father to get in touch with us directly, as we can only discuss the account and any complaints in relation to it with the registered account holder (or an authorised contact).
