I am looking for confirmation, that I can get eFibre, and when will I be upgraded.

An Eircom agent, called to my door, 2nd May, about eFibre, explaining a house about 100 meters away is estimated to be able to receive 20mb download speed, and I would be get eFibre, I expected a slightly lower speed, as I am further away. I wanted to improve my broadband speed from the 2.1mb download 768kb upload, that I was getting with Smart Telecom, so I agreed to switch back to Eircom and be upgraded to eFibre, even though the package after initial discount was dearer than my current package.  The only reason I moved back to eircom was to get eFibre.

Just last week Eircom, moved me back to their network, and my speeds have declined to 1.75mbs download and 0.21mbs upload. I expect around 2mb download, but not 0.21mb up.

I have checked other houses in the which show they are able to get eFibre.
