Hi,

Does anyone know the next signing day in Athlone, do you still get the slip of paper, have not received anything yet,i am not clear about this new system.

I don't know what the next signing day is in Athlone.

Were you asked recently for your mobile phone number as some social welfare offices are now sending texts reminding of your signing on rather than the slips.
I would advise you to ring Athlone and ask them in case they don't have your correct mobile number or your slip has gone missing.

it is usually written on the bottom of the slip you get at the post office when you collect the money

Yes tried to call, they never answer.
Found it on the slip thanks, LJ, only problem is it was the 18th :-(

Yep, all sorted. I called and they actually answered, i went straight in and signed, all good now.

Hi you know the text you get from social can you text back to the number sent a message would they get it wasn’t meant to sent the message to them
