Summertime Coffees

Hey everyone - summer is here (at least where I am holidaying :) ) and so I have been making some cold coffee. I tried cold brew a few ways but it left me disappointed, it seems only a shadow of a proper brew!

So in the end I brew a very strong aeropress (180 grams/litre) and press over ice (as much weight of ice as weight of water I used.) This works perfectly for me, I know I end up with a strong brew (90 g/l is 1.5x strength to usual) however I found that for iced coffee a much stronger brew is needed !

What is your preferred method for cold coffee?
