So a friend of mine had a chin implant recently. It looks really good. Anyone out there have a chin implant done? Is this a common procedure people secretly get done.

Jay Leno has an excellent Youtube channel, One of the best things about the channel is when he's reviewing one of his bikes, his chin sticks out below the motorbike helmet.

Think Dale Winton has'un. Saw him on the telly there the other week. Looks really odd on his face. Skin tone is very different as well on the chin, along with 2 little lumps on his cheeks.
