Cut off twice

    Without going into (lengthy) details I called first complaints and then customer service today, spent a long while on hold, was transferred from department to department and eventually cut off mid sentence on both occasions. I have PM'ed the reps with the details of my issue yesterday and updated it today after said phone calls. I cannot honestly believe how poor of a customer service experience it was. TG I've already switched providers!
