Internationally Known Irish Artist Seeks Bass Player for New Band

A Dublin-based alternative rock band is currently seeking an experienced bass player. The band is fronted by an internationally known Irish artist and a body of music has already been written and arranged. Live performances are planned for late summer and quality gigs/support slots are in the pipeline.

The influences most reflected in the music include the Smashing Pumpkins, a Perfect Circle and the Manic Street Preachers to name just a few.

Any interested individuals should send a PM, including in your response the following:

• Some details on your musical background such as how long you’ve been playing your instrument for, as well as an idea of your main musical influences.
• A link to a demonstration of your bass playing which can be in either audio or video format.

Auditions will be held in a rehearsal studio in Dublin City Centre by the end of the month.

Influences: Muse, RATM, Tool, Pixies, Suede, Radiohead, Led Zep, alt rock in genral, metal in general, classical, funk and disco in general
