Need New Wheels and Tyres

    Hi, as the title says I need new wheels and tyres for my roadbike (700), and I need them on a bit of a budget, all I'm really interested in is long distance reliability, wouldn't be a heavy rider at all, maybe 10-15 km a day on okay roads.

    Someone reccomended these a while ago when they were 120:

    but they've jumped to 200 since then, can anyone point me to something similar but cheaper please? Not interested in weight (within reason)/brand names etc, just need them to be reliable, need the same for tyres, probably go with kevlar if I can get them fairly cheap.

    Seriously pissed off now with flats on practically every 8th to 10th ride, Im practically crossing my fingers as I approach the bike in case its flat again, any help much appreciated.
