Just wanting to know that when arrested here in the rep of ireland and theres a warrent out for your arrest in the north, would it flag up down here and sent back up. The reason why i ask this question is that i know someone whos in this situation and has been arrested for violence and drugs in the last 10 years and he's always wondered why it didnt flag up. I have seen the district judge even offer to people getting convicted, either leave the jurisdiction or go to jail. He was expecting this when convicted when in up in court for his last charges and was half expecting the judge to say this or even mention the warrent in the north. We have seen other cases thou that warrents get flagged up in court if wanted in the uk, just wondering is it the same for the north.
