What just flew over Limerick?

Just in Limerick and a plane I had never seen before (I think) must have just taken off from Shannon. Does anyone know what it was? Looked like it was a large white plane with a yellow tail. Don't know the technical term but I think it's rear wings were on the top of the tail.

Just curious to know what it was.

Shannon Spotters are following it. A Thompson Boeing 787. I think!

Dunno about a yellow tail. The Thomson 787 from Shannon landed in Prestwick!

That is a separate Il-76 that is at Dublin. Also, the "Antonov" you mention may be a USAF C-17.
