Hi Ladies, Whats the best way to meet a potential boyfriend. Would it be through work, a pub/club or online?

Sheer luck worked for me! I always said to my bf when she'd try and get me to go to yet another night out drinking and clubbing (apparently meeting eligible fellas - my arse...), that the right man would just walk through the door one day.

As it happens, he drove in the gate in a Landrover with a chainsaw on board. Bf disgusted. However, she met her fella after knowing him years, losing contact and then discovering something much more when they re-met. Tis dumb luck and in my case, a class of process of elimination that works IMO ;)

+1 on sheer good luck! I met my husband at a concert, no mutual friends or anything. Liked the look of him over the loud music ;)

I prefer to meet my potential partners the old fashioned way... Through alcohol and poor judgement. :P

Some boyfriends I've met on forums like this. Some I've met on dating sites. I've met some through friends. Others I've met on nights out. One I've known since childhood.

Conclusion: there is no best way to meet men. Just go somewhere where there are people with similar interests to you and you're bound to come across someone eventually.

And don't be afraid to tell them you like them!
