No weight involved in compound lifts? You need to do some reading!

firstly you need to forget all your accumulated knowledge of anything to do with weights/exercise/food etc. just forget it all.

then you need to read the stickies here:http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2055157091

    and then read these pages:http://stronglifts.com/stronglifts-5x5-beginner-strength-training-program/
    http://startingstrength.wikia.com/wiki/Starting_Strength_Wiki

    thatll do to start.

'Bros' will have you believe you can't put on muscle with bodyweight movement...that is a load of sh...

Methods for overloading your muscles with bodyweight exercises include:
    10 down - 10 reps then 9 reps then 8......down to 1
Pyramid - 1 then 2 then 3....all the way up to 10, then 9 then 8....al the way down to 1

Apart from not needing a gym or much equipment, it's a lot harder to injure yourself doing bodyweight movements

Will try that so 10 down to 1 thats 10 sets!
