Cleaned filter but washing machine still not draining

    Hi,

We have a Normonde Washing Machine, its about a year old. My fiancé told me that it wasn't draining so I checked the filter. In it was some dog hair, two cns and a plaster! I took them out but when it finishes a wash the clothes are still soaking. I've since checked the filter again and there's nothing in it but its not draining completely.

We have a warrantee but its not covered for blockages. Before I risk forking out a call out fee which is a third of the machines value, is there a way of checking out if there is another blockage?

    Cheers

Is it worth opening up yourself? Is it hard?

not really difficult if that's the issue

but you don't want to void the warranty anyhow in case you need it again

check the outlet hose pipe itself I had 2 1 c coins that made it past the filter and blocked the hose.
