does anyone know what sort of stuff they do? will everyone get a one on one interview?

also should i wear a suit? the email said they don't expect us to arrive in suits, should i just wear some river island clothes?

Wear a suit (no tie if you don't feel comfortable)

    Oh and best of luck

saw a thread around these parts recently about RI interview, if you find it you will get a better idea of what they're looking for and possibly not wear a suit.

    have a look here op

I would say that if the email specificially said a suit is not required, then don't wear one. As it is a retail fashion store they probably also want to see that you have some clue when it comes to putting an outfit together - as this is going to be part of your job. You don't necessarily have to wear River Island clothes, but I think it would be a good opportunity to show yourself as a young, trendy, fashion forward person, which I am sure is what they are looking for. I wouldn't be too mad or quirky unless you actually normally dress that way - just wear something cool and funky and practical.

    good luck
