Hi, 2005 Primers 1.6 engine management light came on. For last few days engine appeared to be missing a beat every now and then. OB2 diagnostics showed cylinder 2 misfire. What could the cause of this be and what kind of price am I looking at to fix.

Spark plug or ignition coil or injector. More than likely option #1 or #2, I'd say.

The easiest way to make sure if it's coil or not is to swap coils (1-2 for example) and check faults once again.

AFAIK it wouldn't be dearer than 30-50 eur. ;)

Thanks, Spark plugs appear to be the issue here. All OK again.
