Put your jam in tiny envelopes and post them into lots of houses as a taster, obviously lace the jam with methamphetamine so people will be hooked on it for life. Then sit back, relax and become a jam baron.

Jam making in college requires the least amount of leaving cert points apparently. According to Ray D'arcy anyway.

    Not on the CAO.
    I think it's a myth.
Might be a level 1-5 though?

The key to succeeding in a challenging sector like this is to get involved in dual enterprise.

With regards to your field of expertise, I would suggest that you start to research and become a connoisseur of the prestige art of basket weaving. It's a challenging art form to master, but with a mere sacrifice of 85 Leaving Certificate points, the benefits are astounding.

You can make your jam in plentiful supply due to the fact you are an evident master craftsman of this rare art, and you can store the jars of jam in your appealing baskets that you'll be able to weave after your intense training.

The mark up is astounding and the thrill of dual enterprise cannot be matched.

I wish you all the best as a budding entrepreneur.

There's a big spread of smooth jobs on the market at the moment, but even they get a little bit lumpy in places throughout peoples careers. The best way to manage it would be to have a fruity personality, that way you'll get through the stickiness before it drives you crackers.

The entire jam industry is on the verge of collapse! You may call me a naysayer, but mark my words, when the jam bubble bursts, it's going to get messy.

the problem with jam is that too many people like it. you'd have people ambushing you in the streets to get your jam.
