Shuffle keeps playing same songs

I have a ipad 3 and iphone 4s same songs installed I have created a playlist with my favorites songs 119 songs 8.4 hours If i play my iphone in car with the playlist it keeps on playing the same songs over and over 1-30 out of the 119 I have even started the playlist from the middle but eventually the same songs keep…

is there some setting i am missing really annoying
