    Sunday 18th August in aid of The Irish Motor Neurone Association follow and sign up through Facebook eastmeathcycletour2013.Route starts in Stamullin heads through the Boyne Valley and back through the hills of East Meath to finish with a warm shower and food.

    No, Lap the Lough is the same day as the Sean Kelly Waterford cycle unfortunately, these dates always clash but I'm giving the Lap the Lough a try this year.
