I went to the libary yesterday to get a new libary card and the libarian spoke to me with the rudest tone of voice imaginable... it kinda left me feeling sad after, I don't know why people have to approach new people like that. It's like I killed someone and she knows, maybe she was just having her time of the month ... I don't know ... but people shouldn't be talking like that, especially when giving first impressions, now i'll remember her as the "angry women at the libary". Did anybody eles feel like that when someone who doesn't even know you talks to you with all their anger and rudeness? :(

I agree, many people in this World lack two very important qualities - self-awareness and common courtesy.

Often times, these people are involved in jobs where success demands these very qualities. It's baffling.

    OP, do not ever:

    Travel on a bus,
    Get a taxi,
    Try to enter a nightclub,
Go to a Swedish House Mafia Concert.

I fear you will lose all faith in humanity.

Do libraries still enforce the code of whispering?

    doctors secretaries ?
They are rude!! They act like you owe them something. How dare you call for an appointment! Like whoever heard of that. ..

Idk, if people hate their jobs so much, why don't they look for something else? (and yes, I know there's less jobs atm, but this was the same during the boom..)

I'm planning on switching from my current job, because I hate it!. And I know that that affects how I treat customers. If you work people, you have to smile and be polite..or you should anyway. It's good business :/

I was in a place yesterday and the staff were totally rude - outrageous really. I'm never going back to that S&M Club again.

... maybe she was just having her time of the month ...
If you interpret the behaviour of a woman on that basis, then you deserve to be spoken to in a tone that might be classed as rude.
