Machinery hire

    I have a bet bits of Machinery I will hire out if lads want them. My question is do I need any special insurance to hire out my machinery. I also want to know what happens if someone gets caught driving my stuff I have hired out if they have no insurance am I responsible.

    Why not just ring your insurance company ,and get a rep to call out,I do it here every 2 years,At least when they are in the yard they know exactly what is happening ,easier then trying to explain over the phone.
