Unable to access online banking unless I accept the terms and conditions to a mobile app that I have absolutely no interest in. Any way to avoid this?

Same terms and conditions pop up on desktop version too. I guess its either use it under their new terms & conditions or don't use it at all!

The main title outlines 365 phone and 365 app but in the term it also implements changes to online 365 and it would appear to indemnify them from alot of issues.

I'm seriously considering leaving BoI for another bank. How disrespectful of customers to force us to sign a contract with so many privacy problems.
We have to sign just to use the regular online service to see our balance and transactions. Come on! It is a very big joke.
They say "No worries, just sign and don't use the app or the phone". What??? My bank telling me to sign a paper blindly?
They are so professional they cannot have an opt in clause for their mobile phone payment option ?
And they left no time to read the new Terms and cond., we all have to sign like sheeps or are refused access? It's a very big mistake.
