Would herbicide suited for patios be safe for lawn

Have a total herbicide that is said to be suited for pathways,patios am wondering if it would be safe to use on a lawn to clear some troublesome weeds and grass.

No I'd say. If for paths etc it kills everything including grass. There are sprays/feeds that will kill weeds and turn grass a bit black for a bit but returns to normal once cut. Available in any woodies/b&q etc. make sure get a few hrs dry weather once applied

No, buy a product specifically for grass. Once you get it in good shape regular mowing will keep the weeds back.
