problem with sg4

hi,
i have sg4 for while now currently on 3 network.
I was able to use it normally few minutes ago,its showing the full signal bar,but When I pull the notification bar down I see a Emergency calls only though I have full signal,so i cant make outgoing calls,cant receive msg/calls.

I've tried rebooting the phone.
Restoring to factory settings.
Re-inserting Sim.
but everything still the same,put on different phone sim-is working perfect, put different sim in sg4 still not working.
then restart phone few times and was working,than after while again not working.

If you've done a factory reset and changed the sim cards ,then it looks like a hardware problem, maybe with the radio antenna ?? How long have you had the phone, if its less than a month , you might be able to get a straight swap

You're going to have to send it in and get it repaired, not the best solution but i think its the only one
