Front teeth being taken out, am terrified!

Hi, I am wondering if any one can put my mind at rest. Tomorrow I am having my 4 front teeth removed and replaced with dentures. I know that I will have to have that denture replaced at some point. Is there anybody out there who has had a partial upper front denture fitted straight away and been happy? Every forum or post I read they seem to be in pain/uncomfortable/movement/ulcers. I am absolutely terrified, please someone, tell me a good denture experience.

    Thanks in advance

    Sally

Hi, the actual procedure was fine, but 4 days on I am very sore and have been too scared to take them out in case I can't get them back in! i know I will have to, just building up the courage? Thank you for asking.

Turned out okay for me, but the pain went away after 24 hours. (This is 15 years ago). The dentures will loosten up a bit on their own, but you should take them out to wash. never had problems taking them out, but did have similar anxiety issues, that I'd either break them or drop them.

Everything I don't like is either woke or fascist - possibly both - pick one.
