Can an Irish resident take a Greek company with an office in London to the small claims court in Ireland who is an agent for a Malaysian airline?

Looks like i cant delete this post but i might have found my answer here:

    http://www.nca.ie/nca/small-claims
"Since 1 January 2009 consumers can also use the Small Claims process in Ireland to make a claim against a business based elsewhere in the EU (except Denmark)."

Apologies for digging out an old thread, but I'm interested in the outcome of your complaint.

Tripair screwed up big time with a flight reservation and now are not taking up any responsibility, with me having to fork out a considerable amount of money to book new flights over the Christmas period.

Suing them shouldn't be an issue, enforcing the judgment might be interesting. Just a musing...
