    can someone please explain kinetic and potential energy to me? i can't understand it at all:confused::confused::confused:

    Kinetic is when something is moving and potential is when something is about to move. For example: There is potential energy when a swimmer is just about to dive into the water and kinetic energy once he actually dives.
