Eircom.net mail help

    Hi,
    I need some help with my eircom.net mail.
    After pc updates windows mail is asking for username and password.
    It is so long since I used them I cant remember them.
    I tried the reset password online, but as it is 15 yrs since this was set up I cant remember these either.
    There is no other associated email as this is my first one.
    The land line number associated with it is no longer in use.
    My broadband provider is three.

    Can you please help as this is the mail I use for my business.

    Hi again,
    All I have been getting is generic troubleshooting tips.
    Is there some one I can talk to directly that can solve this?
    This could be a huge problem for my business at 90% is conducted via email.

    Hi,


    After many calls to support it seems my account has been blocked due to being hacked and used to send spam.
    This has been my main business mail for 13 yrs and is essential as 90% of my business is conducted thru it.

    What can be done?
