    Jamie Lewis (Chaos and Pain) is one of my favourite bloggers, his latest blog is about the benefits of having a big neck and how it makes one look tough and strong.

    Coincidentally I've just recently started using my neck harness that I bought years ago but only used a few times as the straps kept catching my ears. I think I've solved the ear issue by putting a towel over my head and being careful not to let the chains twist.

    Do you train your neck? How big is it? I think mine is only about 15.5-16 inches.
