I dont know if this is in the right place so mods feel free to move it. Thanks

My ex and i broke up this time last year after he left for australia. As it was not an amicable split i need some advice. He is a mechanic and has his own yard where he keeps cars and works.

Before the split he was working on three of my cars, none of which are in current working order. I have log books in my name for all 3 cars.

He is supposed to making monthly payments for our daughter which was agreed with a solicitor of his choosing when he came home at christmas.

Since then he has made three payments none of which were the agreed amount.
As i am falling behind on bills i need to sell the cars but i dont know how to go about getting them back as the yard is always locked and his family are in possession of the keys?

    Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Legal advice can't be given here; I'd suggest www.flac.ie

Have you tried asking them for the cars?

Just send him an email asking for possession of the cars. This is not legal advice... any legal advice can only begin after he has clearly refused to hand back the vehicles!
