    Hey guys.
I'm a runner but haven't really done much the last few weeks as I'm going to do the 16 week training plan for the Dublin marathon.
Anyway I've been having muscle problems with my back here and there. But my back is quiet sore on and off the last 2 weeks. When I put my head down there is alot of strain down my back.
So my question is. Do I go to a sports physio or a doctor?
A bit confused as I thought with a muscle drain is continuously there.
We're going on hold next week so wanna get sorted before.
    Tks so much in advance.
