Spots on tiles

Just laid about 25 m2 of tiles. Haven't grouted yet. I'm not a tiler by trade so not really familiar with it. I just noticed these white marks on 3 or 4 tiles like a stain. I'm sure they weren't there yesterday and pretty sure nothing was spilt on them. Anybody see these before?

Standard ceramic tiles. 450 square
