    Gday,

Looking for some info if anyone can shed some light before i ring FR

I recently booked the return tickets for someone ( cost €500) and they had medical emergency. ( admitted to hospital, etc, etc) and now it looks like they wont be able to go on their holidays.

From quick research it appears that ryanair dont give refunds, and only the tax paid can be claimed.
Pretty much there is cost for anything else, like change of names, change of dates, etc.

    What are the options left?

    Regards,

Travel insurance is probably their only hope, if they had any.

If you paid by Visa they will refund the cost worth giving them a call if you did
