Driving lessons in Galway

    Hi,

    I've only just moved up to Galway, so I don't know the area, but I'd like to do my EDT lessons. I've two questions really:

    1. Who should I go to for lessons? I'm looking at getting a 1.3 petrol or a 1.9 diesel once I've passed my test, so I'd rather get lessons in a car that would be in that category (I'll be doing a fair amount of motorway driving).

    2. I've had my Lerners Permit since the 24 April 2012, so I've had it longer than 6 months. How soon can I sit the test? Do I have to wait another 6 months from starting lessons or is it 6 months from the permit being issued? Can I do all the lessons in one week? Can I do two a week etc?
