Just checking for a friend, if they go to an interview and find out that the salary quoted is target-based (and unrealistic), is it a good enough reason to decline a job offer?

Is there no basic salary at all?

Not unless she sells 120 broadband packages per month, and if the agree to take a package and then change their mind, she loses the sale and it doesnt count towards her target. We both thought that seemed way too unrealistic but she's worried her jobseekers will be affected if she says no

Once she has all the details in writing re wages,I cant see there being any problems.
