    Hi,
    Should the RTD include any of the following:

    Insurance payments (Public liability etc)
    Hotel Accommodation payments
    Membership to organisations
    Donations

    Yes it could. Giving advice is not allowed on this board (for liability reasons I think), we can only point you at www.revenue.ie or accountant.

    I don't make the rules here :P I've actually picked up a few bans for daring to say other than "talk to your accountant".

    In any case you have given hardly any information so you shouldn't expect an answer. RTD for what? An invidual? A sole trader? A company?

    Fair enough, no offence intended.
    Not sure of the point of the boards, if giving advice is not allowed.

    The RTD is for a company (VAT Annual Return of Trading Details).
    Looking for opinions really as it seems to be a gray area even among accountants.
