    Baged the silage 1st may 3 1/2 bags cut sward to acre would it be to soon to cut Monday feck all on it

    Personally, i would leave it 10 days more. There was almost no growth for the first 2 weeks of may, better safe than sorry.

    Roughly 2units used up per day, you put 84 units on, with 'normal' growing conditions that would take 42 days to be used up. As ivor says first 2 weeks it sat there. Wilting is supposed to release the N, maybe get it tested with teagasc?

    If the seat's wet, sit on yer hat, a cool head is better than a wet ar5e.
