    Hey my height is 5'10 and im just curious at what i should weight at that height :)

    I'm an inch taller than you and I'm 78kg. By no means am I happy with my weight but at the same time I don't think I look 'too skinny' if you get what I mean.

    At 70kg I did look very thin and had 11inch arms and no chest at all. The extra 7kg made a huge difference.

    I think it depends on how you feel yourself tbh.

    Thanks guys could you give advice on putting on weight i eat like alot to put weight on but it just isnt working for me

    You need to eat in a calorie surplus before you put on weight. There's a good chance 'lots' isn't enough.

    Get your BW in pounds and multiply x 17.
