It might be easier to find the person you are looking for by using the phonebook?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,302 ✭✭✭**Vai**

Judging by your location and name you might wanna find out where you live first.

Not if they're Daffyd Jones or Huw Evans I'd imagine.

No but I walked into a lamppost there. Thought someone was waving at me from across the street then BAM! Lamppost.

Don't know why I thought someone was waving at me. I don't even know anyone in Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch. Unless he was waving to try and say "Hey, look out for that lamppost"

I dunno how you write your address but I would have thought it would be more of a pain in the wrist.

I tried to post a letter there once, but could only fit Llanfairpwllgwyngy on the envelope.

No, but I have been there, and not when I lived in Wales. I was maybe 8, and got a platform ticket at the station; it was about 6" long (the ticket, not the station....). No phonetic spelling back then!
