Denied phone credit

Hi folks looking for some info on should I pursue this. basically I bought a new phone from three.ie, it was an upgrade so you put in your number and they give you the offers available if you're eligible to upgrade(prepay). I went for my phone and it says you get 100euro free credit when you upgrade. I contacted three online here asking where my credit was, they said that I wasnt able to get the free credit as I currently receive euro free credit per month for no reason, think I may have signed up to something at some stage.

Should I argue they give me my credit as I saw nothing that said I wouldnt be eligible, and also I assumed that since I put my number in it made it unique to me and should have removed the credit if I were ineligible.

    Thanks

You might get the answer you want if you ask one of the mods to move your post here... http://www.boards.ie/ttforum/1367

Doubt it, sure three have said they wont give me it? I need to know can I push them more though other legal means and make them give me it.

    Thanks

Once you have a proper answer from a Three rep, and they quote the T's&C's that exclude you from receiving the €100 credit, people should be able to give you better advise on whether you should pursue it further.

At the minute people could tell you to pursue it through legal channels but it would be bad advise because I don't know the reason you aren't entitled to it.

Ah I get you, I'll reply to their pm and find out the t&c's. Thanks

Do you have a link to the upgrade offer?

https://www.three.ie/prepayupgradestore/ Thats it but requires entiring your three mobile number then entierting a pin you recieve by text.

It comes up with a list of phones attached below is the galaxy s4 image. you click select the phone you want, then checkout(no mention of T&C's) then it brings you to the pay page which is the final page you encounter.

I agree there seems to be no conditions to the €100 credit once you are entitled to an upgrade.

Could you ask them to forfeit the other offer you are getting?

What can you really threaten them with? Returning the phone?

Maybe try writing to them and initiating a formal complaint.

or, report the website to the asai.ie
