a lot of the centras in dublin at least have a 3 day sale on at the moment with coke zero and sprite 2 litres at €1 (ends tomorrow thursday) ..noticed the one in Naas doesnt seem to run these sales at the same time for some reason

Centra at the 5 lamps has a similar offer and also has Sprite half price. €1.19 I think. Decent enough saving.

Coke zero did for my excessive Coke habit what e-cigs did for my excessive smoking habit.

While not quite the same as the real thing both are close enough to get me off the real thing. Both cleared up health implications to the habits.

Went from spending €550 a month on a 40 a day smoking habit to €40 a month on e-cig juice. Went from spending €25 a week on Coke to less than half that.

A symptom of Metabolic Syndrome caused by excess sugar in the diet is excessive urination and excessive thirst. What would I use to quench the excessive thirst? More Coke of course!! With the metabolic Syndrome gone, so is the excessive thirst and thus my consumption of Coke Zero quickly dropped from the 3 Litres a day Coke habit to 1.5 Litres a day Zero habit.

I ran out of Zero last week and drank a glass of Real Coke. I don't know how I ever tolerated such a sickly sweet syruppy drink. Blueergghh!! Never again!
